About Interspatial Psychotherapy

Welcome! Here we create the space between that allows us to see, scenes from your life where conflicts beneath the surface, present as anxiety or depression. Where we take unprocessed feelings, and together make meaning, of what’s difficult to think or talk about. When you say you want one thing while doing another; when your needs aren't being met, yet you have trouble asking for them; when things aren't going according to plan, but instead of reflecting, feeling and dealing you dissociate, avoid, and act out, here we dive into the question "What do I want my life to look like? And if this isn't it, what is?”

I provide adults, couples, and adolescents with integrative psychotherapeutic services combining a variety of approaches based on clients’ needs, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, & Psychoanalysis, specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship and life transition struggles, trauma, stress management, PTSD, and OCD.

Available both In Person and via Telehealth, located on the South Shore of Long Island, I’m a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with extensive postgraduate training in Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis from Adelphi University’s Derner School of Psychology. Together let’s attempt to resolve your conflicts, transform your life, and through Interspatial Psychotherapy, implement deep & long lasting change.
